Release the past.
Rewire the pattern.
Build secure, steady love.
Release the past.
Rewire the pattern.
Build secure, steady love.
You don’t choose the wrong partner.
You choose the familiar feeling.
Different face.
Same pattern.
It starts well.
Then he pulls back.
And you shift.
You overthink.
You soften.
You stay longer than you should.
“I know better than this.”
But in the moment, you don’t act like yourself.
Because what’s familiar still feels like love.
This isn’t a weakness.
It’s conditioning.
And conditioning can be rewired.
You’ve left the relationship.
But it hasn’t fully left you.
You might recognise this:
How it can feel:
Imagine if…
You woke up and they weren’t the first thought in your mind.
You could remember them, without feeling pulled back.
You trusted your decision fully.
And your energy was finally free for what’s next.
You’ve taken time for yourself.
You’ve reflected.
You know your patterns.
And yet, it still repeats.
You might recognise this:
How it can feel:
Imagine if…
You felt calm in connection, not anxious.
You were attracted to consistency, not confusion.
You trusted yourself while dating.
And love felt steady, safe… and still exciting.
You’re still in it.
But something doesn’t feel right anymore.
And you can’t ignore it.
You might recognise this:
How it can feel:
Imagine if…
You felt clear, without guilt.
You could express yourself without fear.
You trusted your decisions.
And you either rebuilt from truth…
or walked away feeling strong, grounded, and certain.
Wherever you are in your journey, there’s often something deeper running underneath
It’s not the relationship.
It’s the pattern running underneath it.
And once that shifts, everything changes.
Underneath it all:
You want to feel chosen without abandoning yourself to be.
That is the work here.
Not analysing him.
Not perfecting communication.
Rewiring your internal response.
When your behaviour shifts, your future shifts.
There are three ways to begin.
Start where you are.
Go as deep as you’re ready.
A live, structured experience.
Interrupt the pattern.
Understand your nervous system.
Experience regulation in real time.
This is where many women realise:
The problem isn’t awareness.
It’s integration.
Rolling enrolment. Weekly live support.
For women who are ready to emotionally detach from the past and stop repeating the same dynamic.
This is integration work.
For women ready to rewire their relational blueprint completely.
Application only.
Wherever you are in your journey, I meet you there.
Whether you’re just beginning to recognise your patterns, or you’ve done years of inner work and still feel stuck in the same emotional responses, this work adapts to your level of awareness.
You don’t need to have it all figured out.
You don’t need the perfect words.
You don’t even need full clarity yet.
We work with what’s present.
All sessions are held online, through Zoom, creating a space that is both private and consistent, wherever you are.
Each level of collaboration has its own unique rhythm.
Whether inside the 90-day group or private 1:1, the depth and pace are designed to support real integration.
Together, we gently uncover what’s underneath, regulate what feels overwhelming, and shift the patterns that keep repeating, so change feels natural, not forced.
For full details, you can explore each pathway.
My work is not surface-level therapy.
It integrates subconscious rewiring, attachment-based healing, and nervous system regulation to create real behavioural change.
I combine:
We don’t just talk about the pattern.
We interrupt it in real time.
We don’t just analyse the past.
We retrain your internal response so the past stops running your present.
Because awareness alone doesn’t change who you choose.
Regulation does.
And when your nervous system no longer associates love with anxiety, you stop chasing intensity and start choosing stability.
I help women stop repeating painful relationship patterns, even when they understand exactly why they’re happening.
Before I ever guided women through this work, I lived it.
I was self-aware.
I could identify red flags.
I understood attachment styles.
And yet, I still overgave.
Still chose potential over reality.
Still reacted from anxiety instead of stability.
What changed everything wasn’t more insight.
It was learning how to regulate my nervous system, rewire subconscious beliefs, and build secure attachment from within.
Now I guide women through that same integration, so love feels steady, not stressful.
An RTT® Hypnotherapy session often lasts between 1½ to 2½ hours. During the session, I help the client to go into a pleasant, deeply relaxed, natural state, where we can talk and communicate with your subconscious mind. Whilst relaxed, the client will be reasonably aware, alert, and fully able to hear and talk to me. I use various RTT® techniques, including regression, to help to find the root cause of the issue they wish to deal with. This underlying cause is rarely how the problem currently presents itself.
For those who struggle with codependency, the consequences can be severe. Codependency can lead to feelings of low self-worth, anxiety, depression, and a sense of being trapped in unhealthy relationships. It can also prevent individuals from experiencing the full range of emotions and experiences that life has to offer. It can stem from a variety of factors, including childhood trauma, family dynamics, and cultural expectations. Often, after a single session, clients can let go of negative self-beliefs due to childhood trauma and past traumatic experiences hidden deep in their subconscious, enabling them to live their best lives.
RTT® Hypnosis is a state of focused attention and heightened suggestibility, where the individual becomes more open to positive suggestions and imagery. It is typically induced by a trained RTT® hypnotherapist to help individuals achieve specific goals or address various issues.
Yes, RTT® will help the client achieve the same results via internet, online, through Zoom, Skype or Facebook live.
The exact mechanism of hypnosis is not fully understood, but the science behind it involves changes in brain activity and how increased responsiveness to suggestions. During hypnosis, the conscious mind becomes more relaxed, allowing the subconscious mind to be more receptive to positive suggestions.
Hypnosis is a real phenomenon backed by scientific research and clinical evidence. It is not a trick or a form of mind control; instead, it is a therapeutic tool used to tap into the power of the mind for positive change.
Being hypnotized can feel different for each person. Some describe it as a deep state of relaxation, while others may feel more focused and aware of their internal experiences. It is often compared to daydreaming or being in a meditative state.
Hypnosis can be used as an therapy to help manage certain medical and psychological conditions, such as chronic pain, anxiety, phobias, chronic stress, insomnia, depression, anorexia, weight loss, and many more.
Conducted by a trained and ethical practitioner, RTT® hypnotherapy is considered safe.
No, RTT hypnotherapy cannot make you do anything against your will or ethics. Despite the heightened suggestibility, individuals under hypnosis still have their moral compass and will not act against their values or beliefs.
Hypnosis is used in therapy to address various issues such as smoking cessation, weight loss, anxiety, phobias, depression, and more. It is used to help individuals access their inner resources, usually working with their child, and make positive changes to improve their well-being.
RTT® hypnotherapy has been used to enhance performance in sports, academics, and various activities by increasing focus, confidence, and motivation. Athletes and performers may use RTT® hypnotherapy to overcome mental barriers and reach their full potential.
The duration of an RTT® hypnotherapy session can vary, but it often lasts between 1.5 to 2.5 hours. Some sessions may be shorter or longer, depending on the individual’s needs and the goals of the session.
Yes, there are different approaches to hypnosis, including traditional hypnosis, Ericksonian hypnosis, neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), and more. Each approach has its unique techniques and philosophy. RTT® includes hypnotherapy, NLP, CBT, gestalt, and psychotherapy.
Yes, RTT® has been used to help individuals quit smoking and manage weight by reinforcing positive behaviours, reducing cravings, and increasing motivation to change unhealthy habits because it addresses the root cause rather than dealing with the symptoms that usually brings temporary results and the yo-yo effect.
The number of sessions needed varies depending on the individual and the issue being addressed. Some people may see results after 1-3 sessions, while others may require more extensive therapy.
