About Gratiela

I help women stop repeating painful relationship patterns, even when they understand exactly why they’re happening.

Before I ever guided women through this work, I lived it.

I was self-aware.
I could identify red flags.
I understood attachment styles.

And yet, I still overgave.
Still chose potential over reality.
Still reacted from anxiety instead of stability.

What changed everything wasn’t more insight.

It was learning how to regulate my nervous system, rewire subconscious beliefs, and build secure attachment from within.

What happens during an RTT® hypnotherapy session?

An RTT® Hypnotherapy session often lasts between 1½ to 2½ hours. During the session, I help the client to go into a pleasant, deeply relaxed, natural state, where we can talk and communicate with your subconscious mind. Whilst relaxed, the client will be reasonably aware, alert, and fully able to hear and talk to me. I use various RTT® techniques, including regression, to help to find the root cause of the issue they wish to deal with. This underlying cause is rarely how the problem currently presents itself.

How can RTT® Hypnotherapy help to break free from codependency?

For those who struggle with codependency, the consequences can be severe. Codependency can lead to feelings of low self-worth, anxiety, depression, and a sense of being trapped in unhealthy relationships. It can also prevent individuals from experiencing the full range of emotions and experiences that life has to offer. It can stem from a variety of factors, including childhood trauma, family dynamics, and cultural expectations. Often, after a single session, clients can let go of negative self-beliefs due to childhood trauma and past traumatic experiences hidden deep in their subconscious, enabling them to live their best lives.

What is RTT® hypnosis?

RTT® Hypnosis is a state of focused attention and heightened suggestibility, where the individual becomes more open to positive suggestions and imagery. It is typically induced by a trained RTT® hypnotherapist to help individuals achieve specific goals or address various issues.

Is RTT® effective via zoom as in person?

Yes, RTT® will help the client achieve the same results via internet, online, through Zoom, Skype or Facebook live.

How does hypnosis work?

The exact mechanism of hypnosis is not fully understood, but the science behind it involves changes in brain activity and how increased responsiveness to suggestions. What does it feel like to be hypnotized?

Can hypnosis help with medical or psychological conditions?

Is RTT® Hypnotherapy safe?

Conducted by a trained and ethical practitioner, RTT® hypnotherapy is considered safe.

Can RTT hypnotherapy make you do things against your will?

No, RTT hypnotherapy cannot make you do anything against your will or ethics. Despite the heightened suggestibility, individuals under hypnosis still have their moral compass and will not act against their values or beliefs.
